The 39th Anniversary Tournament in Pilar de la Horadadaraises €7,820 for Pilar TEA at Lo Romero Golf

This Saturday, Lo Romero Golf hosted a very special event: the 39th Pilar de la
Horadada Segregation Anniversary Tournament, which brought together 92
committed players in a day filled with sport, community, and solidarity.
Thanks to everyone involved, a total of €7,820 was raised, all of which was donated to
Pilar TEA, a local non-profit association supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum
Disorder and their families.
The club especially highlighted the excellent work of its team — particularly the
maintenance staff, who managed to restore the course in record time after a heavy
storm earlier in the week.
During the awards ceremony, Mr. Victoriano Jiménez, CEO of Lo Romero Golf,
expressed the club’s dedication to social responsibility:
“At Lo Romero Golf, we believe sport and solidarity must go hand in hand. We are a
passionate, committed community that cares for its surroundings.”
The event was also attended by the Mayor of Pilar de la Horadada, who thanked the
club for its continued support over the years, and by a representative of Pilar TEA, who
praised the generosity of all the participants and the human value behind the initiative.
