GASTRONOMÍA

To mention Pilar de la Horadada is to speak of a good quality product.

The one that comes from the sea
Rich seafood and beautiful sea bream

From the mountain
The predilection for stews
Rabbit with cabañil garlic
Good use of vegetables

And always present: rice dishes and stews.
